I took these pictures at the International Hawk Event in Dorsel/Ahr am Nürburgring from 13 through 15 September 2002. The event was organized by Heidi u. Uwe Kramp and as you can see it was a huge success with around 50 Hawk's arriving from all over Europe. Participants were not only treated to a lap of the historic Nürburgring Nordschleife, but were also able to take a couple laps on the Grand Prix circuit. Evening entertainment included a live birds of prey display, which of course included a pair of Hawks! Oh, and of course there were loads of good people, lots of good food, and plenty of beer. Awesome! I can't wait until next year.
