Here's my Hawk GT with a few BROSes at the '96 Performance Bikes Frenzy. O.K., this is before the creation of the HBON, but it's where the idea of starting a UK Hawk GT / BROS club began.

Here's a picture of Paul Tothill's 750cc BROS and my Hawk GT in front in front of the CREG NY BAA at the '98 Isle of Man TT. This picture was taken on the 15th of June. . . I remember because that was the day it wasn't raining! You can view more pictures of Paul's bike on page 1.

I took these pictures at a HBON get together at Box Hill in July of '98. Not a bad turn out and as you can see there was a lot of diversity in the bikes that turned up. The yellow Hawk belongs to Adam James and sports Powerbronze "Streetfighter lights", Corbin saddle, and Laser exhaust. The BROS on the two lower left pictures belongs to Barry Croft. It has a Powerbronze BOL d'OR fairing ( What is it with these guys? They should pay me for advertising!). The next BROS has a small "fly" screen, sorry I don't know the make, but I'm pretty sure it isn't Pb! The bike on the lower right belongs to Dale Lomas. The red fairing was lifted from a GPZ500 - I think it looks pretty good.

Every year since 1995 I've gotten together with other Hawk GT and BROS owners at the PB Frenzies, so we couldn't miss this year - even if it was at Donington Park. This year wasn't near as good as the last three, but we made the best of it. Sort it PB or we'll have to find something else.

HBON member Peter Farrell put together this early September '98 Northern Wales ride and I hope we can make it an annual event. Despite the weather, it was really a lot of fun - great people, good roads and beautiful scenery. Thanks Peter! Now for the pictures.
