Here are a few pictures from Greece. This black BROS belongs to (?) Mick Pago who got my attention by e-mailing me the following: "Our relationship started about 2 years ago..." that's all he wrote and then attached the last picture above - obviously I had to reply and ask for a bit more information. Here it is. Mick writes, she is very different from when they met. Up front is a '95 CBR600 frontend with WP springs and a digital speedo. The other end now wears a '95 5.5 inch VFR rear wheel which is held to the pavement by a '97 CBR900 shock and WP spring. With all the craziness in the world, it's great to see such a happy couple!

This is Andy Beazley on his Tuned 650 BROS at the PB Frenzy '96. Unfortunately Andy no longer owns this bike, but he is still painting motorcycle helmets like his and Paul's.

Look familiar? Same bike, same track, bloke riding is named Andy, last name starts with "B", but this is Andy Bryant from Scotland who now owns this BROS. Andy is a bit of a star now... he and his bike were on television on Men and Motors in the UK. Way to go Andy!

The "Mad Doctor" hasn't just left this BROS alone! As you can see he has made a few more changes. Looks good Doc, just try to keep the shiny side up =;-)

Here's a '89 BROS from Auckland, New Zealand. Ken Newell's tangerine pearl paint (modeled after the orange from the Repsol Honda NSR500 GP bikes) looks good in these pictures, but I'll bet is even more stunning in person. Anyone want to buy me a ticket to Auckland to find out?

This 1988 Hawk GT belongs to Jeremiah Pepper in Santa Cruz, California. Modifications include - VFR rear wheel, Fox shock, stainless steel brakeline run through the swingarm, TBR exhaust, polished cases, ignition advancer, carbon fiber fender, cbr front-end with oversize rotors and gsxr brakes, polished fork and headset, & stainless brakelines. I apologize for the poor picture quality, but I wanted to go ahead and post Jeremiah's pictures so you could see this unique paint job while I wait for him to send me new pictures. They're on the way, right Jeremiah?

This is Andy Allan's BROS. The picture on the right was taken at Boxhill, a popular spot for UK bikers.

Notice any changes from the earlier BROSes? Wheels? Front fender? If you look closely, you can see the PGM Ignition lable on the frame. |

O.K., it was a little hard to pick out the differences/details in the pictures of George Thomas' BROS II, so I shot a few pictures of Peter Farrell's very clean '91 BROS II (believe it or not, this was after we went on a 200+ mile ride on mostly wet roads - just think how clean it was before we started!).

Here are a few updated pictures of Jolyon's BROS. As you can see, he's been pretty busy... Starting with the cosmetic mods, Jolyon has added a modified Kawasaki ZXR750 race fairing and Ducati 996 Seat Unit with homemade seat. The carbon fiber rear hugger is made for a Triumph T595, but fits the BROS nicely with a few homemade brackets. Top triple clamp, forkes, swing arm have all been polished to a mirror finish. The front wheel is from a CBR600 and fitted with a Hawk GT rotor while the rear wheel is from a VFR750. Stock front forks and modified CBR900 rear shock have been resprung and revalved to suit. Combining to help Jolyon's 650cc BROS breath are Dynojet jet kit, K&N filter, and a TBR exhaust with Art end can.

Here's another Dutch Hawk GT. This excellent example of a stock Hawk belongs to Manon van Eick who took these pictures at the Amsterdam Rijn Kanaal... ah, and the one with the cow wherever that is? This is one of the closest examples of what the bike looked like when new that I've seen in a very long time.
